good words, questionable video

i think the suggested training is excellent, good for any athelete, and to help build endurance, strength and self defense...but when I saw the video clip i noticed this guy had the worst possible stance - he hits hard & fast but if you're talking about teaching boxing - the first thing you need to do is train realistically and this guy is training for a street fight not boxing...overall - read the material but don't watch the video if boxing skills are what you are after

It's a conditioning drill, not a skill activity. The author of this article has worked with several world champions. He's one of the most sought after conditioning coaches in boxing and MMA.

Get a clue.
