I have a problem with Animal Pak articles. They seem to be nothing more than advertisments for their products. The rest of the article I am fine with.

Hey would anyone be able to tell me how many calories are in this weight gain program?
Or if anyone knows of anothe good weight gain program with at least 5,000 calories in it.

About 6000 calories. Everyone has different nutritional needs, don't know the use of this article.

Thanks for actually saying what the hell I need in this crap you're advertising. I'm not going to go look at the ingredients for 20 different supplements because you say it's the product I need. I need a workout plan and you failed to deliver a multi-use plan.
