Smile wide back by Lisa Sutton

Good review. The real secret is using enough weight (resistance), completing 10-12 reps per set to exhaustion with 3-5 sets per exercise, 4-5 different exercises targeted to the muscle and and clean form. I constantly see fellow lifters using what appears to be atrocious form, employing other muscles to move the weight and usually far more weight then they can comfortably handle.
Been there/done that and then the light bulb came on.

What the hell is this **** about doing pull ups everyday? They say you need to take at least 72 hours in between the same bodypart. And why cant they call them pull ups and not chin ups which is for arms?

I agree. Where are the deadlifts? She's right on the money as far as what needs to be done to build a great back, but deadlifts should definetly be on there. Not only are they going to help with the back, but also the ham's and bi's. That was the only flaw in her article, everything else was informative.
