i think i have finally found a role model
ok I am a 23 yr old guy. when i was 17 and in high school, i was overweight. i am about 5'10 and used to weight around 200 pounds ( hardly any muscle..so i was pudgy). I went to college and started working out. 2 years into it, I got into the best shape of my life. i was 160 pounds and lean muscle but i still had that last layer of fat on my tummy. After that my workout frequency kinda tapered off and soon i gave up. It was then, that i started noticing stretch marks pretty much all over my body and i connected it with my weight loss. So that further put me off weight training. Long story short, now im about 185 pounds, ive lost a lot of my muscle and gained back some fat. I feel very unatheltic and my stretch marks are still there. I am looking for reasons to start working out again. I feel like if i work out at regular intensity for about 6 months, i can get back into the shape i was before and if i do it for a year, I can be ripped. Louis Dorman!!, you amaze me brother. U were bigger than me at one point of time. and now u are more ripped than I ever was. I was wondering if you could give me advice on motivating myself to become a gym rat again also about ur thoughts and experience with stretch marks , if any ( this really bothers me). Thank You again. I loved your article
