It's a great article, I thought the same when I first saw the title but after the reading whole article I was convinced. I meditate and try to look on the good side of things but I would sometimes get confused for example if somebody talks **** about me, usually I would not care at all but when I workout I think about it and release the stress, if I didn't care then why was I still thinking about it? This article made me think and helped me out, I suggest reading it.
