Interesting. 147% over baseline is quite a jump, even it's it only for a day!
Any research on whether this recurs if continued "uninterrupted"?

What though was the evidence for point 4?:
# 4 One hour post-exercise, the athlete should achieve ejaculation. This will increase the natural level of killer cells, thus increasing immune-system function and enhancing recovery abilities. The increase in killer cells will prevent over-training.

as the poster above mentioned though, i'd like more information about the relationship between test levels and sexual activity in the long term...

As a fellow writer for BB.com I have come across many of Clayton's articles. I, myself, was in the process of researching similar information about sex, ejaculation, and its impact on testosterone.
