Football Training a must read for players

If theres anything I liked to do is train football players especially the high school kids. For all of you players out there this is exactly what I would have you do for the entire off season

First week I would have you max out on Benching Squatting and Deadlifting. From there I would take your 1rm's and compare them to a chart I have that would tell me exactly how much you should be able to do for 3 repetitions and 5 repetitions.
First week I would have you do 6 sets of 15, 10, 3, 3, 3, 3 for benching squatting and deadllifting.
Second week I would have you do 5 sets of 12, 5, 5, 5, 5 for benching squatting and deadlifting.

And then it would back to the 15,10,3,3,3,3 and so on. As far as max out i would only suggest doing those on February and August. Doing them like this 12 reps, 5 reps, 2 reps, 4-6 sets of 1.

All players using this routine move up at least 50 lbs on their bench and at least 125 lbs on their squats and deadlifts for the year

Yo dude, wheres the inclines & cleans at? Are these sets to failure? What are the percentages used in each set? If the 3 rep sets are to failure, then that is pretty much maximal effort, anything 90% n up is considered max effort.
