Couple of quick ones i took at work

The only thing i could probably say is i would work on trying to put on some more lean mass, and although i can't see your legs i would say work on putting some mass on your legs,(just a quess so don't flame me) just looking at your physique theres not many neg. things i can say.

thanks guys, im 31 and right now im focused on getting down to 5 or 6% bf for the summer. I really dont want to be much bigger, except for my chest and forearms. I do however want to be leaner, i really want the mens health look, i actually had it about a month ago, i was at 5.5%bf and man did i look good, i was just so FRIGGIN hungry i couldnt stand it and went on a eating bing...gained 2% and its amazing how much of a difference that made, I just feel and look too thick in my opinion.

My legs could use some work, I just started working them seriously about 2 months ago and have had HUGE improvments in them. I was just really scared to do really heavy weights on squats and presses because i crushed my right hip and pelvis in a motorcycle accident in 95 and have a huge plate and 7 2.5" screws holding me together. But things have been fine and im pushing 10 plates on each side 6 times on my last of 4 sets on the leg press, WHICH IS GREAT for me.

I would LOVE more advice/critisizem on how to get the Mens health look down better.

you look awesome I think you could be on the cover cause your body matches alot of the bodies on the cover of men's fitness I think if that is the look you are going for I give you a 10/10 but If you want to be a bodybuilder I would say get bigger but you liked to be ripped so I say great job

Damn, you're ripped!!! You really don't need to go any lower in bodyfat. You look ripped as hell right now. And you also have a good amount of mass, while most of those ultra ripped "underwear model" types are like 150 lbs. with 14 inch arms. I would be very content with myself if I looked like that.

p_g_man, thanks tons very encouraging. well im really tensing up my abs so you cant really see the buldge in my lower abdomen

BronxBombers727, yeah, i was worried about that too, but i figured somehting out today. I have cut out all of my protein shakes and bars for real food and im getting most of my cals before 4pm. Today I have eaten SO much dang spinich and salad with tuna and chicken and samon throuout the day and im not hungry at all when right now I would normally be freakin out. I have upped my cals to 2200 a day too, so i think i can still cut some bf just a lot slower, im serious about getting down to 5%.

looking good man! one stat i didn't see...whats your height? i'm 6'2-3" and got you beat in every measuerment except waist (much higher bodyfat though 10-15%) and don't look nearly so good! your build with a touch more mass is about what i'm aiming for. good job!
i agree with whoever said keep your body fat where it is...you'll be happier long run... and healthier too

btw 10 plates on each side? 900#'s ? or are we thinking differently?

crap, im 5'6" and yes 900lbs 6 times on my last of 4 sets on the leg press. its unbelievable, but then again i play hockey 3 times a week and use my quads tons in more of an anarobic maner whil playing.

I agree with every1 too.... why cut when you alread look so ripped?? ....Then again i'm 7% and i'm cutting, once you start looseing that fat you wanna lose it all!

My abs have similar definition but they aren't quite as "big"..... what excercises did you do to get such a friggin muscular torso??

ditto...what exercises? i have a hell of a time with mine..squeeze hard, high reps, med reps, crunches, situps, etc....hard to add size there..the best thing for me was the ab crunch machine but it only goes to 200 at my gym and i can do it for 20 reps now

damn good leg strength there man! and again, looking good!

I wouldn't get down any lower than that with B/F levels unless you are planning to compete, it's not very healthy and hard to maintain. You have great proportions man, How long have you been training for? Hmm I thought that was computer jargon in the background.

Guys,

dt is one heck of a lifter! This guy has been working out for a while but it looks like he's really become focused in the last six months (this is coming from a guy who knows him well, works out at the same time/place, and conisders him a friend) and has a lot to show for it!

Not only does he have the Men's Health look - he's got some pretty incredible strength, as well as symmetry! His legs are a perfect match for the upper bod. I'm thoroughly impressed and wish he'd share his secrets with me!!

More power to ya brother!
