Cool Building huge forearms

Thank you very much for the forearm article. I had torn my right bicep and a cyst was found during the repair. My bicep training was going along slowly but well enough to satisfy me. While exercising I noticed a gradual weakness and flashes of pain in my forearm. I immediately reduced the amount of weight in my bicep training and started concentrating on my forearms using your methods. I am now back to my usual weight poundage for biceps and my forearms have really grown and strength has increased also. I was referred to your website by a friend but am now using it in most of my weight training. By the way I am a 53 year old grandfather with a disabled back but that does not stop me from building the muscles that I can still build through weightlifting.

forearm workout

my forearm workout:

Db hammer curl 3 x 6-10 reps
Reverse grip cable curl 2 x 10-12 reps

Bb wrist curls 3 x 15-25 reps (meaning I strip the weight twice)
supersetted with:
Reverse grip cable wirst curl 3 x 15-25 reps (meaning I strip the weight twice)

Behind the back cable wrist curl 2 x 15-25 reps (strip the weight once)
supersettes with:
one arm radial flexion with short bar 2 x 15-20 reps

There you go, you get one serious pump from that workout, I constantly switch the order of the exercises so each part of the forearm gets an even part of work done.It takes me about 40 minutes tops to complete this wokout. Hope you'll experience the same pumps and continus growth in your forearms as much as I did.
