I thought it was unoriginal. Seems like another one of these articles that people make simply to get their picture on the front page (there seems to be a lot of them).

Thumbs down

Although I am new to Bodybuilding.com, I can't figure out how this article became one of the 3 main features on the main page??

Very uninspiring and far from motivational.

It was ok -- for the advanced athlete there isn't anything new there, but for someone just starting out I thought it would be helpful.

The writing style was personable and clear, and her recommendations were all solid.

So, bottom line, I thought it was a good article, just for a very specific audience.

I just thought it was drawn out and not useful. It seemed like it was a collection of a number of ways of saying "plan your time"

I also thought the fact that there were as many pictures as words (Ok, I am exaggerating - but not far off!), made it plainly obvious what the writer's main point of this article was.

Next we will be seeing a article on 'how to dress correctly for the gym', written by Bill Gates who just so happens to be modelling semi nude on top of a PC in 15 images contained in the article. (What im hinting at its going to turn into a bloody advert)
