18, 5'10" around 170 my first bulk progress pics
Just thought I would post this to show progress of my first bulk. Yeah I know there are only double bi poses, I can post more later. I am 18, 5'10, I believe I am around 170 or so, I am not really sure I haven't weighed myself on an accurate scale in a long time. I am planning on continuing my bulk until March then start cutting for summer. Any constructive criticism would be appreciated. Also if anyone could estimate my bf % would appreciate it also.

i'm guessing around 10-11% Body Fat. Its not a bad thing average for males 16-24 is 15%. Your looking Good, it looks like your body fat has gone up a bit but thats ok. the only thing i would recomend is working on your symetry. your left side seems to be bigger than your right.

not bad
I wouldn't recommend bulking without keeping track of your weight. Tracking your weight, Body fat, and strength are really important to get the type of results your seeking.

Workout 5 days a week. My routine works great for me.
MONDAY (Chest Triceps Abs)
TUESDAY (Biceps Calves Traps Lats)
THURSDAY (Delts Chest Triceps)
FRIDAY (Legs Forearms)
Saturday (Back Biceps Abs)
Diet is clean and basic just eat alot whenever I am hungry, eat a little when I am not hungry. Eat alot of oatmeal, egg whites, chicken breasts, turkey, shredded wheat, tuna, skim milk, whole wheat bread, fruits, veggies, all natty pb. Usually 1 or 2 cheat meals on the weekends. Supplements I take are whey protein, creatine, animal pak, glucosamine and flax oil.
