What should my nutritional breakdown be?

I am currently 5-10 183 or so and would like to bulk up to 188-190 before I cut down in the spring. I am wondering how many calories and what the breakdown should be in order to get there.

Right now, I am eating around 2900-3200 cals per day, about 45% carbs, 35% protein and 20% fats. It goes without saying that I am eating pretty clean foods, I just want to make sure that I am getting enough to help me bulk up. My workout plan is set up to help me bulk, now I wantt o focus on the nutrition.

Thanks in advance.

IMO those numbers look good. Just see if they work for you and if you are gaining weight by eating that amount of food. If not, adjust.

That looks fine though one thing to take into account is that constant macronutrient ratios throughout the day are really not important as long as certain factors are under control (adequate protein, fish oil etc).
