Jim Brewster - Beginning Bodybuilding: Supplement Basics.

This article is meant for the newer lifter that isn't sure what supplements to take, when to take them or how to take them. I will also talk about some stacks that people are using and having good luck with.

Its definitely not a "basic" supplement, contrary to what this article suggests. Plus, it is expensive for what it does, giving you a bigger pump. I would rather spend the money on real food, which will benefit you more than NO.

well, he does say in the article that beginners would be better of saving NO for later... i think he just included it to a) tell beginners what NO is, and what it does, and b) to make his article longer.

Talking

I included NO in the article because I see it as as a good supplement for bodybuilders to use after they have established a solid training base and have begun to plateau a little bit. I also see as a good product for a natural - or not natural- bodybuilder who's been training awhile to stack with creatine, as this stack does work quite well. The point of my article was to answer some of the questions I get everyday, mostly from new trainers but also from people who have been training a long time but lack knowledge about these things.
