What a great article! There was a bench article a few weeks back that tried to make these points, but without diagrams and/or videos, it's hard to understand. That's where this article really excelled. A lot of great demos of what was being talked about! I hope to hear more from the author in the future!

Thank you

For the longest time I was having problems when I would do any pressing movements. I would consistenly feel pain in my shoulders whcih hindered my overall training. For bb bench press, I was able to press 155 easily, but with huge shoulder pain. After taking a long time off of pressing movements I came accross your article. What an impact it truly made. I tried it out the next chest day and immediatly felt fantastic. Huge improvments in my bench were made in one day. All thanks to your article. Great work!

Yeah, the shoulder issue is something I've been looking for definitive pointers on for a while as well. When I started lifting in High School, it was because I was playing football. As an offensive lineman, let's just say I had a fair share of shoulder (rotator cuff) issues from plowing into people and pads for 3 years. So this helps a lot.

Good article! But looking at Ryan Kennelly's 800lb bench press his elbows are not tucked in? But hey! if it works right....
