Exclamation Where's the rest?

I started this program in January and it is a great workout. I was skeptical at first, but after doing the workout exactly as it was laid out I was sure that it was written by experts. The problem is that tomorrow is the beginning of a new phase and they have not posted the new workout yet. I am assuming that they are waiting for March, but the first workout of the next phase is 2/28. Because it is not posted early I also do not have ample time to evaluate it. How can I follow a program if it is not available?

Angry Thanks!

Thanks bodybuiliding.com for not posting the second part of the 52 week strength and conditioning series. I'm glad it is also available on www.eas.com -- i will have to think long and hard before ever beginning another workout program you post on this site.

ok...i am reading it and it seems like a good workout, i would like to give it a try. i am big into workouts that are a 6 months or year long.
the thing i dont get here is, it says for phase 1, alternate between workout A and B. so why when i goto the printable version is there workout C and D?

Workouts C and D provide the instructions for cardiovascular conditioning, core training and flexibility exercises.

Question Looks like a great workout, but do you change weight?

The workout looks great. However, I am confused with weather or not to change weight as I go threw my sets. The reps stay the same on almost all of the exercises, and it is unrealistic to believe that one would be able to continue the same exercise and complete the same amount of reps without changing the weight. Are their any answers or suggestions?
