Great Topic for an article

Just wanted to say, these are the type of articles that should be more often discussed with various point of views mentioned to give an overall informative view on such a common basic confusion.

Rana!

I'm kind of suprised to see that ravadongon tied for first place with ~jAmeZ~. I didn't check any of the latter's sources, nor did I check to see if the article was essentially plagiarized, but I also didn't catch any references in ravadongon's article. Perhaps I've been in the academic setting for too long, but I can't see any value to an article that has no bibliography. I would like to see more articles written like ~jAmeZ~'s, where scientific evidence/research is used to validate statements. I've had a hard time finding this to date in the bodybuilding literature.
