Good article, but he didn't really go into establishing a set point and how to go about it, which should be the main purpose of the article besides talking about what a set point is

Alot of people are out there wondering how they can establish a set point. Please bring out part 2 to help them.

well i think one of the things the article does establish is that there isn't really any such thing as a set point. If there was, we wouldn't have to continually establish a new one. And the age old statistic that people on average gain a pound a year every year after the age of 24, would not exist...
