tight article man.

I work out at home, and learn new techniques from articles just like this one. I worked out as a beginner for five months overtraining on a regular basis. Then at a point when I thought I needed heavier wieght I learned that fixing my form made my muscles work harder and gain more. Now my focus is studying my needed rest and nutrition to continue gaining. The only bad part is my wife is realizing the expense of new dumbells and whey. The results are worth the cost though.
