Be careful

Just a warning to anyone deciding on going on a peanut eating binge. Nuts contain lectins, which can bind carbohydrates in your blood stream. Red blood cells have glycosylated proteins on their surface and lectins can bind to these proteins with sugar groups and make your red blood cells clump together, i.e make you very sick.

Peanuts are good for you in MODERATION!

confused

While I think the author did a hell of a job with his peanut butter research and analogies, I still don't see the link to bodybuilding--or at least a worthwhile one
