Thanks for posting this article. I've eliminated all red meat, and now only eat poultry, eggs, and fish, with more emphasis on the latter. I could easily see myself becoming pescetarian, but haven't made a final decision. My body will let me know what's best in time. What do you do for protein drinks to save time? Any vegetarian alternatives? Right now I use egg protien? I love fish, but the odor is a pain. Any suggestions on how to prepare fish that will decrease odor? Also, this article said fish do not feel pain. What proof is there of that? I've never heard that. Thanks
