The biggest problem or point of ignorance I see in the gym is ignorance. Everyone feels that there routine is the end all to be all and everyone should train just like them. But variety is the key to this game.
Constanly forceing your body mind ans sould to adapt to differnt stimuli.
Constantly tweaking your routine and perfecting your form.
I throw full body workouts into my routine for every 4-6 weeks. Stick with it for 6 - 10 weeks depending upon current goals or current condition. The results have been fantastic!
This has also worked well for beginners that I have trained after we get through 3-4 weeks of hard core stabilization and high intensity cardio routines.
Would love to read more on how compoud excercises combined with proper diet and supplementation shoots Test. levels through the ROOF!!!
