Smile your diet...

hey, i was reading your diet, and had some questions/comments. i noticed you had a super high carb loading day 2 days out. i was just curious as to why you chose this route for your diet. i have been experimenting with different diets and was planning on trying fat loading without carb loading simply becuase when i carb loaded i was at the same time cutting my water, which when i thought about it i realized a carbohydrate is nothing without sufficient water... anyway, just curious as to why you chose this method. thanks alot.
best of luck
your fellow bodybuilder,
ryan swan
