Lightbulb INTERESTING AND GOOD ADVICE

After going to the gym for 1 year with more muscle but still the weight on my abs I was discouraged. After reading this article and speaking to several cross trainers at the gym I found out that adding cardio to my workout would eliminate the fat. they also advised a timed window of no more than 30 minutes and make sure it is intense and not casual for a min of 20 min.

good advice. good article.

Hate to be Anal but ...

the articles are ruined by Eric's inability to spell or use grammer correctly. I'm not a writer but continually using 'loose' for 'lose' and having phrases end with a period just ruins the articles! Yikes! The knowledge content is excellent but please work on the communication skills.
BTW: This was not written to 'flame' Eric, but as an objective review. I apologize for any offense.

nice article

As a competitive cyclist I turned to body building techniques to build leg muscle and power. I have found through years of training that I had my best results by training nearly the same as this article. I lift upper body only on tuesday, thurs and saturday while riding on mon, wed and friday. I eat less then recommended here and lift always for reps 8-10 allowing weight to increase with ability.

My cycling workouts on mondays and fridays hover near or above v02 max (164 bpm) but I interval doing 5 hard mins and 5 easy minutes for one hour(plus wu and cd) the goal being to increase my total power at vo2 max. Wednesdays I again do intervals but work 20 min intervals at rates slightly harder than I can maintain for an hour..

I found the nutritional portions of this article very beneificial and intend to bring some of the suplimation and mrp info into my routine.
