This IMO is a very well structured and well written article.

In fact, I even recommended it to someone who had a child interested in working out.

In addition, I think it would have been nice if he had written about weightless plyos, as they are perfectly safe for children and would greatly benefit them in terms of their sport.

Overall though, a good article .
