Thumbs up MHR

Absolutely awesome! I finally know which direction I need to go to lose the last of the belly blubber. Simple, yet precisely what I needed! Thank you

Thanks

Good article.

However, when I train at 85% of my max, I don't feel I am training very hard at all. Also, I worked out my MAX HR by simply busting my guts on the bike and looking at it. It was 202, but according to the MAX HR formula, it should have only been 172 (Age = 30). And just to confuse things even more my resting HR seems to be quite high, about 70 I think, so shouldn't my MAX HR be even lower than 172?

I just don't really believe in working out in "the zone" because I burn far more calories when i push myself harder. It is a lot more pleasurable though!
