Pretty good. But he's got to think again about his supplements. He wants to take 4-Andro and Animal Stak next? He already took DHEA? He's obviously still new to this. You can tell he's new because he did Military Press for back. He made good results and I don't want to put him down, but he needs to do some serious research.......expecially into PH's.

but im in this kids shoes....i was the same way for the past year, and i have around the same body type.
im 6ft and weigh 135lbs
ive started working out and seeing gains. but he did this pretty quick and thatd be cool if i could too.
you guys all think 4000 cals is a good amount for a 135lb ecto type?
and do you agree/disagree with his suplements? would they help me?
i currently take creatine mono (10g work out days, 5g non)
sometimes i take l-glutamine, not all the time though
i have higher power aakg
whey (pwo)
casein before bed
and i eat every 2-3hrs
thanks for any help!

This kind of seems unreal....Has this story been verified? Did he possibly take steroids?
