This is a bit dated, but what do you think of his routine?
- Incline smith machine press: 3 sets of 15, 12, 10 reps
- Flat dumbbell press: 3 sets of 15, 12, 10 reps
- Incline flies or cable flies: 3 sets of 15, 12, 10 reps
- Pullovers: 3 sets heavy! 15, 12, 12 reps
Why 15 reps? Isn't that a bit high?
