It's a good article and worth reading. What did you guys think of the authors opinions on the loading phase? GNC Brand Creatine

Has anybody used GNC's 100% Mono? I bought The Vitamine Shoppe/Body Tech brand today and after reading the back label more carefully, it looks extremely bootleg, and I'm not going to use it. I'd rather try GNC. Any opinions?
