Jason Morgan - Core Strength Training: The Key To Optimum Sports Performance.

Core training, especially for athletes, should be specific to the required sports skills; thus, particular muscle groups in the core may be more or less important for a given individual.

Thumbs up Answer to the challenge

Silent Impact-
Any lift done properly involves the "core" muscles. Take for instance the bench press. Proper execution requires that your shoulders and hips are firmly on the bench with your back arched and abs tight. This is the core of your body. As you do a leg press, especially heavy ones, the core muscles come in to play for support and power as with any other primary lift. Concentrate on the feel or tightening of these muscles during your next set of leg presses and I guarantee that you will be able to handle more weight.

Much of the information contained in this article was taken from http://www.gssiweb.com/reflib/refs/3...TOKEN=60407873

You should at least use quotes or cite this article, otherwise it's plagiarism. Changing one or two words in a sentence does not make it your own words.

Yes, this article is basically a small edited version of the following document. I would remove this article due to possible legal issues. It is plagiarism.
