it's about time bro!

I've known Lou sincelike 6 years old. Lou has always been training in gymnastics and strength work outs. I am 36 now and can tell you that since he first taught me how to work out at the age of 12, cause I hounded him.
He finally accepted, at the time weight training/bodybuiling was like in style big time.Anyhow I remember even lou's pops was big also and cut up too. Lou has always been genetically nice for this but he gave me my first weight lifting belt, his old leather one (still have it) and the home gym wasn't enough.
So off to the YMCA we go and continue. I joined the marine corps and still had no six pack (lou called it years ago saying that it's not in my abs just by feeling the stomach.) so true ..now even as a champion novice grappler and top competition point sparring champ in martial arts events still no six pack, only 4. He always downed roids and no doubt he never used them. I saw him 5 months ago as a pro and he still looks the same just very chiseled .I thought he went down hill cause with clothes on, cut up looks small but- wow without a shirt (at natural body in crossbay). any way Lou you had agoal and boy did you catch it! good for you and good luck in your future bro.
