Cool

Don't see how a man can do 43 sets in one day!!! You will be in the gym way over and hour, your muscle would enter a catabolic state and you would overtrain out the ass.. I don't agree with the amount of sets, nor lifting a bodypart twice a week..

Thumbs up Great workout plan. Proven results

This is by far one of the greatest workout/diet plans for those seeking to gain more mass. As for me, I used this program for 2 months and gained 7lbs of "lean" mass by throwing in a little extra cardio.
The supplements I used were: Whey protein, enzymes, multi-vitamin, calcium pills, flax seed oil, and L-glutamine.
I went from a lously 135lbs to 142. I plan on continuing the diet and also the regular workouts and hope on gaining another 10lbs of lean mass within this yr.

Check out my results here

I agree with big H completely

i found this routine rather interesting because i am looking to gain new mass and i seen there was a way he put something together that aloud me to train each bodypart twice per week. Muscles need about 2 or 3 days to heal and i have questioned the whole one a week thing. So i gave it a try. I came to the conclusion that this routine is near impossible to complete in a one hour period. He says at the bottom dont take more then 2min rest in between sets. So i did that and its still impossible. I am still on the look for a nice routine to gain hardcore mass and get strength unbleievable strength gains. Im pretty much ready to do whatever it takes.

What are you talking about muscles need 2-3 days to heal. Doctors have done studies proving it can take anywhere from 48 hours to several weeks for muscles to recuperate after an intense weight lifting workout.

This workout routine is a complete joke. Any gains made on it were from serious genetics/diet and or gear. 99% of you don't have those genetics.

I used this workout for three mouths and had really good gains. The only thing wroung is your in the gym for hour n half or two. There no way i could have done this work out any faster.
