These articles always create some interesting controversy.... the first thing you should do in the morning is take your body out of its catabolic state, not create more catabolism.... nonetheless the myth of morning cardio is here to stay...... forever.

Not a myth.. Morning cardio works from basic science... I call it carb-empty cardio... I will write an article on this, preferably after I get my pro card, then I will write an article like close to 10 pages long with no less than 50 references from peer-reviewed scholarly journals and expert opinions on the topic...

Eating protein before cardio in the morning, and having carbs after is smart... Catabolic state, bodybuilding is so stupid in that regard of the muscle mass paranoia... I look at a lot of natural bodybuilders, and i say, what difference does it really make, just get plain ripped and you will place high every time and win most of the time...

As the article does state, protein meal first thing is of importance, but leaver the carbs alone if u want to burn more fat.

Visit http://www.MuscleMagFitness.com and http://www.MyBesthealthPortal.com and read my article on protein timing. These sites also include a lot more articles that I have written about this subject, and many more related subject to overall health, wellness, diet, and nutrition.
