Standing leg curls really look like "The real **** bro"....
And are we to scream on every rep also, you know, to appear "hardcore"?

I don't like the routine much, calf reps are way too high, around 40. Alot of doubling up on exercises, some which aren't very effective which adds to the unnecessary volume. You'd be puking ur guts out if you you really did all that, but I guess that is the animal way....

For the average "bodybuilder," this routine would be way too much. Then again, that guy is a monster, so I'm sure he has to go to another level to make anymore progress... Personally I like to read the animal write-ups, if not for anything else, for motivation...

I like G Diesels articles. He seems to be more straightforward, as opposed to Machine and his hardcore propaganda. I dont think I would get anything out of the calf routine. Thats just too high volume for such a small muscle group, and you would be puking your guts out. I dont care how hardcore you think you are-throwing up is counter-productive to growth. If youre puking in sets, youre either eating too close to a workout, going too fast too heavy, or just a wuss.
