Agreed.

Half the 20 tips are to exercise. (2,3,4,5,12,17,19)

#9 Watch out for hidden fats in no-fat foods? ummm no. Non fat foods still may have trace amounts of fat, yes. but they are so low, they wont make a dif in your diet trans or not. A better description would be, watch out for hidden SUGAR in no/low fat foods.

#20 Make your healthiest meal, your last one! "Make your healthiest meal of your day the last one before bed, which is usually dinner." ??? Shouldnt all your meals be healthy? And if anything your "healthiest" one should be breakfast.
Would also like to say that dinner should never be you last me of the day. You should alway have a prebed meal (usually slow absorbing protien/good fat) to keep your body from going into a catabolic state over the 8 hours of sleep you recomened.

Perhaps you should be reading articles not writing them.

PS fat cant be tricked, only how your body handles it can.

20 ways to trick readers

congratulations on snagging us into believing you were going to give us something worth reading. hey, how about this, here's 20 ways to trick muscles into growing:
1) exercise
2) eat
3) rest
4) exercise again
5) eat again
6) rest again
7) exercise again only harder (this is where the muscles really start getting tricked)
8) eat again, a bit more this time
9) rest again
10) time to exercise again... really push yourself this time
11) after all that work, guess what?... eat more! (this works every time for tricking those muscles into growing)
12) rest again. this is becoming more and more important as you will naturally be getting tired from all the regular exercise.
13) time to exercise again
14) woo hoo! food time.
15) snore...
16) oh no, i overslept! gotta get to the gym to trick the muscles into growing some more
17) eat. today i will eat spaghetti as i've always found it tricky to get on the fork thus tricking even the hand muscles into growing
18) i'm going back to sleep
19) here i go back to gym again
20) more spaghetti... that was a lot of work yesterday...

is that 20 already?

The messages are largely true but they are also largely irrelevant within the context, since the article is blatant advertising for products. I don't trust the words of anyone trying to profit from my gullibility. Most of the advice is cliche dressing designed to camouflage the crux of the article, which is essentially, "Buy these products so I can make money!" Not even artfully done. This is clutter. I was looking for serious commentary, not time-wasting fluff.
