i thought he did a very good job on this article.

I enjoy using this site, but I have to say it is disappointing that you can't enjoy something like this without having some meathead like "goth dickhead",here, printing his blasphemous remarks that have nothing to do with this website, the importance of it to it's members or it's subject content. Not to mention it shows complete and utter disrespect for the reason that we are all here. If you guys can't monitor your replies section, and keep them in the context of the subject matter, than I can't take this site very seriously. Because evidently you don't either.

Loved the article! Lots of good stuff and it was easy to read. I have been going to the gym and weight training for the past 6 months. I've also been focused on weight loss. Building muscle is now important to me and I have a lot to learn. Thanks for the article I will definitely tell others about it.
