symetry

Overall a good article but when I participated in the most symetrical bodybuilder poll and checked out the results, I couldn't help laughing. Ronnie Coleman is more symetrical than Arnold! That is the most rediculous thing I have ever seen. The fact that Frank Zane was not even given any condideration is ludicrous. Frank zane is one of the most symetrical bodybuilders ever as well as Lee Labrada. This leads me to conclude that the dunderheads who participated in this poll are problably alot younger and all they are used to seeing are overinflated freaks on growth hormone. These people would'nt know symetry if it came up and bit them on their ass.

I agree somewhat

Although its true that the polls point to the idea that the responders are younger. And yes its true that the top choices are publicly known to have used GH among other supplements - you still can't take away from the superb level of conditioning and symmetry they attained with way more muscle mass than any of the earlier bodybuilders was carrying (including Arnold). Big Ron, Flex, and Shawn's combined weight probably outweighed Arnold, Frank, and Lee by 70lbs, their conditioning was better, and their body dimensions insanely overshadow the older guys. Not taking anything away from Arnold, Frank, and Lee but Big Ron, Flex, and Shawn just took bodybuilding to another level- and whats more amazing, they still are some of the more symmetrical phsyques in the history of the sport. There are guys how didn't make the list but difinitely should have. Can you say Lee Haney, Ahmad Haidar, Mike Mentzer, Gary Strydom, Vic Richards (this dude had the potential to be on Ronnie's level 10-12 years ago!!!)?

Oh yeah, hey John... leave Kovac alone. He just happens to be one of the unforunate ones geneticly but he still holds some crazy beef.

Overall, I think this was a very interesting article. Maybe more of us can benefit from this type of information and stop looking like some dude top heavy dude who just got out of jail (all chest, shoulders, and arms but nothing else)
