The purpose of this post is not to comment on the hybrid program itself but to warn for the one leg squats. This exercise is potentially dangerous and the autor should have given at least a warning about it.

Traps...

No direct trap work... for football! I think the traps are pretty important in football. I know the deadlift, and power clean hits the traps, but is it enough?

yes , it's enough , i don't think traps need to be direct isolate .
