Red face Re: starting

I am so excited about this program. I am getting all the materials needed to do it by myself from home (so no smith machine for squats but I am hoping the olympic bar plus wieghts will do)

thanks for the fabulous information for the average person. I am no body builder, but a 5'3 inch person, 131 pounds, who trains 3x a week but needs a new boost and 10 pound off this frame. I am not fat and have already worked to gain muscle and have lost about 12 pounds, so I am excited.

thanks
Ava

not bad boyos

i like your idea for this program. it reminds of some the animalpak sets! which is a damn good compliment. i'm all about he name too. it's hardcore and doesn't hug you like some people want when they are training "..it's too hard, too many sets...only thirty seconds.." , get over it superfriends, it's 666 the number of the beast!! outstanding.
