So, yesterday was day one, this is how it went:
Seated Dumbbell Presses (WARMUP): 35/15
Seated Dumbbell Presses: 40/12 - 35/10 - 35/8 - 35/6
Side Dumbbell Lateral Raises: 20/10 - 20/10 - 20/10
Seated Dumbbell Laterals: 25/12 - 25/12 - 25/12
Upright Barbell Rows: 70/12 - 70/12 - 70/12
Dumbbell Shrugs: 45/12 - 45/12 - 45/12
Here's my question, should I also incorporate front raises to this?
By the way, my shoulders are killing me today! Thanks
