MACHINE leg squat vs. reg. leg squats?

I do machine leg squats, should I change that to regular bar leg squats?

And if I should change, would it really make that much of a difference in building a better ass for myself?

Yes use freeweight barbell squats over machine squats. Machine squats are only doing front squats otherwise its very hard on your back because you have to bend your body in a strange way to follow the motion. Some gyms don't have squat racks (Like mine) and you have to use the leg press as a subsitute but never do normal squats with very much weight in a squat machine. Also alot of people believe that for the best muscular gains 6-8 reps is good for upper body and 12-15 for lower body. So i would go with option B and from the year I have done bodybuilding I would say my gains are better with harder sets then alot of frequint sets. I still would have a lower rep range then 12-15 but i think 5 sets is to high.
