Thumbs up

Now this is a powerful article... i'd expect nothing less from animal pack.. their ads in flex are enough to make me run into the gym, load the plates and start squatting without a spotter.

I started training 8 months ago and i've made gains even i never believed i'd make. As such i'm going to compete in 2007 in Mr. Kenya and here and now i announce that i'm going to shock everyone....

When did f^ck in every other sentence and the word"cuz" become acceptable english language? After the two paragraph introduction, the article is poorly written and provides no true motivation or any new ideas unless you consider profanity and ignorant abominations of the english language motivating.

Animal Pak, you should ashamed of yourselves.

Great article..... Being motivated is the key to success. No supplement, no training routine, nothing will make you successful without motivation.

Be motivated, follow your dream, work hard, be successful.

Peace

I always laugh at the AnimalPak ads... it makes it seem like my gym isn't hardcore enough because theres no vomit at the squat rack and theres no various pools of piss & blood in the corner of the gym.

If there ever is blood, vomit, or piss in a gym, I'd switch gym's. That's not a healthy environment. But, the article is right about motivation.
