Thumbs up Great article!

Great article on the basics of nutrition and hormonal manipulation! Finally somebody with some knowledge they posted about how this really works. Althought I disagree about the levels of carbs, if you use this diet plan you will grow fast.

I didn't know people still went by "simple" and "complex" carbohydrates. I thought the glycemic index put an end to that... Not to mention that some "simple" carbohydrates have a lower glycemic index than "complex" carbohydrates.

no carbs before bed. i thougth carbs were beneficial before bed to provide energy to build muscle

Confusion

Article states that grapes are a high-GI food, all information I could find about GI and grapes state that it is a low-GI food.

Does anyone know for sure?
