Thumbs up Mr. R. Braunstein

I read this article some time ago, so I did not want to reply until several weeks of utilization. I am a competitive powerlifter. I am 60 years old, and compete in the 275 lb. class (Masters III ) My back ground was until 2 years ago Olympic lifting, and variations. I have also been involved in Jui Jitsu for 45 years. I thought I was in shape, however this kicked my ass. I used 30 second intervals for rest. The most important aspect was the increase in squat, and dead lift. At 60 strength gains are minimal, or diminishing.
Thank you

The guy doing the glute ham raises looks to have improper form. He has his butt back which will take emphasis away from the glutes/hamstrings and into the low back. You should keep your hips forward and visualize trying to slowly lower the front of you hip to the ground so you can make sure that your butt is not being pushed back. You should essentially be a straight line from the back of your knee to the top of your head.

I like the good morning variations. I have only done the standing movment.
