I think the arcticle is very good. It has the potential to help those who are in denial, realize their faults, and enable them to make the necessary changes to improve their lives.
It taught me that being a perfectionist, does indeed have it's downsides. ( Even though I think I already knew that deep down, but seeing it in print makes it solid.)

I really liked this article. It made perfect sense. I'm an Exercise Physiologist first, Sports Psychologist second. Everything mentioned here I've been saying for years to the athletes I work with and train.
It is one of the best mind/body articles I've ever read. I have seen better though. All in all, the article is ranked high for me.
