Looks like tasty meals, but who has time to cook like a chef precontest? I'm lucky to get my broccoli steamed instead of raw, and to remember to thaw out my chicken breasts the night before so I don't have to eat canned nasty tuna. A little impractical... I'd probably use it off-season though.
