Talking Put yourself first!

Hey Sara! Great job, I always feel so much better after I get my workout in. Family, work, daily duties, all flow so much better! It's true just take the time to schedule yourself either early morning, lunch time. or in the evening and you'll not only feel good about yourself but others too! I find having a structured lifestyle keeps me motivated, just enough time to get the tasks done. So great article and your hard work really shows! Keep up the good work till next time...
