amazing transforamtion..don't get few things..
1.why in the morning he eats only protein, and then after 3 hours only carbs.?
2.how does he manage to do so many exercises in 20 minutes?
((~5:20pm): WORKOUT at the end of my workout I would have a post-workout drink (BSN Cell Mass)
(~5:40pm): immediately after my workout - protein shake )
3. why is the diet so low in fat?
