Hernias

If you want to know more about Hernias check this article that I posted in Dec 2002: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/luis16.htm

I have 4 Hernias repaired in less than 1 year ( 3 repaired at the same time in June 2003 and 1 repaired in Jan 2004) and sucks.

Question how to prevent Hernia

How do we prevent Hernia? when I lift my balls really hurt bad. are there any shorts or belts I could use or anyone could use to help with this and keep the muscles and organs in place? because I have stoped lifting for a few months because of my pain.

You CANT prevent Hernias. Strenghting your lower abs might help to avoid them but you cant be completely sure. It happen to me after years of training. I never thought about that until was to late.
