clean and jerk

I'm by no means a weightlifting expert, but as far as I know there's a distinct difference between "clean and press" and "clean and jerk". Looks like these two were confused in the article.

In the latter, you drop the body downward and either squat or lunge. Then you _lock the arms_ and press _only with your legs_. Pressing with the arms is not allowed.

Except for that, nice article.

That is the worst example of a clean and jerk I have every seen in my life. Both the pictures and video are horrible.

And no you cannot do a clean and jerk with dumbbells as it is impossible to rack dumbbells on your shoulder.
