Good article

I think this is a great article. I have also been wondering if recent research shows optimal protein amounts for people based on lean muscle and body fat levels versus total weight. Another question is amount of water to consume, should it also be based on total weight, or should it be based on how much muscle and fat a person has? I think if research was done on this, diets could be scientifically honed to greater success. There would be less of a need for bulking and cutting, and the focus would be more on building lean muscle tissue that automatically burns fat as it is being built.
